Oct 14, 2019 When I connect to Mac from a Windows 10 PC, using Teamviewer 14.6.4835, it connects but I only see the top menu in the mac. The rest of the screen is dark grey. I can actually click on the screen and see that menu change when I select a different window in the. The yellow triangle icon in the upper-left area of the TeamViewer window is shown until you have allowed the system access for TeamViewer: Note: if you're using an older version of TeamViewer, you won't see the triangle icon above. Instead, the Mac will display a system dialog informing you that TeamViewer wants to access additional resources. But on my end all I saw was this (see screen cap) Team Viewer has worked fine in the past, we've been using it for about 6 months maybe every week or two, but tonight all I had was a grey desktop, and menu bar. I was able to select tiems in the menu, although I could not see the drop down options. We are both using Mac Book Pros. Looks like you just need to get TeamViewer running on your Mac. Look ok the recent items option on the Apple menu. See if you have TeamViewer.app on there. If So, select that. If now look in the Applications folder and start it from there.
