I remember Serato saying the price of the hardware included the software license when Scratch live first started. So If I Bought a SL 4, Rane SIXTY TWO, SL1, DDJ SX, DDJ SZ 2 individually I would have access. That’s 5 different accesses at premium prices. A number of other DJs Feel the same way. You can’t tell us we are all wrong. If that’s the case then the blame is on Serato for how they rolled the service out. It’s obvious from the amount of comments about it.

I may take my Pioneer SB3 back as well because the info provided by Serato wasn’t well understood/rolled out. When I bought my SB3 I saw it set upgradable to SDJ Pro and I was like I’m cool I already have it. I’m good. But now I no I’m not. It’s not about the price it’s about being mislead. We are all here as Serato DJs because we support the product and believe in it. Yeah we can go to Virtual, Tracktor, Or whatever but we believe in Serato. #DJPainPoints #ItAintRight ESPECIALLY IF WE ARE BUYING HIGH END ITEMS #ImJustSaying
